Harbor Seal Fountain - Bronze

Harbor Seal, originally cast in bronze, was sculpted by Sylvia Shaw Judson in 1945 for a family in Lake Forest, Illinois and Children's Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. This piece just like Mermaid (1920, Chicago Botanical Garden) is one of the sea-inspired pieces of the artist. The originals of Harbor Seal can be seen outside the Highland Park Public Library, Highland Park, Illinois and Children's Medical Center in Boston.

Harbor Seal Fountain has newly became available as a reproduction with the permission of the artist's family. Buzaar's authorized reproduction, the exact same size as the original, is available in sandstone or bronze finish. Harbor Seal is also available as a statue.
