Return Policy

All of our products are backed by our 30 days no questions asked return policy. Within thirty days of delivery, we will gladly replace products damaged upon arrival. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please contact us for an RA Number if you decide to return your product. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Initial and returning freight charges on non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, a credit will be issued for the amount of your purchase, less a 20% restocking fee. The credit should be visible on your credit card statement within 3-5 days (depending on your credit card company).
