Return Policy
All of our products are backed by our 30 days no questions asked return policy. Within thirty days of delivery, we will gladly replace products damaged upon arrival. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please contact us for an RA Number if you decide to return your product. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Initial and returning freight charges on non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, a credit will be issued for the amount of your purchase, less a 20% restocking fee. The credit should be visible on your credit card statement within 3-5 days (depending on your credit card company).
Our Guarantee
Buzaar guarantees its products against manufacturer's defects for a period of 30 days from the date of the order receipt. If a product is found to be defective, we will replace the item or provide replacement parts at our discretion. If a replacement is not available we will provide a substitution or issue a store credit. Prices shown and availability are subject to change without notice. If prices change, we will process your order and notify you of any difference. Some quantities are limited. We gladly accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express cards, as well as your personal check or money order.
